Problems with retrofitting BT/VC/USB in Mk4 Mondeo Titanium (2009 model)

I have just tryed to retrofit the BT/VC/USB system using box type: AU7T-19C112-AT (part number 1754709), and have a bit of a problem!!!! HELP IS NEEDED!!!!

Now, the microphone (part number 1532666) fits without any problems in its place to the cable in the roof. The USB port and cradle got fitted in the glovecompartment, also no problems here. And the cable going from the USB port to the BT/VC/USB box (part number 1543691) also fits without any trouble. So far so good......

But fitting the BT/VC/USB box to the car/radio became a problem. I have a yellow plug (the flat wide flip-lock type) see picture - which is not connected to anything behind my glovecompartment. And I thougt that this was the cable going from the BT/VC/USB box to my radio. As you can see on my pictures, this yellow plug is not fitting into my BT/VC/USB box - it is almost one third too small!!!!

Now - what am I missing here??? Is it the wrong cable/yellow plug I have got hold of (not to be used for BT/VC/USB)??? Am I using a wrong BT/VC/USB box??? Or am I missing a cable between the radio and the BT/VC/USB box???

PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE (desperate to get the thing working in my Mk4 Mondeo Titanium - 2009 model)......

Making my own wiring is a bit of a job, so I went digging on the internet for a way to make this work.
And here I found the way to solve the problem on the UK TalkFord forum:

Here you can use the Ford Focus Mk2.5 retrofitting harness (finis no. 1667645) between the radio, the BT/VC/USB box and the microphone. This is a cable with the big plug for my Sony radio, a "flip-lock" style plug for the BT/VC/USB box and the cable to the microphone - all in one harness!!!! And then you do not have to make the wiring on your own
