HOW TO DISASEMBLE CONVERS+?

Hello all,

In order to change my actual convers+ (rom 806) to a newer one that supports USB, i'll be very grateful if someone can tell me how to dissasemble the current unit. My main problem is how to remove the plastic piece between the Convers+ and the Steering wheel (the one that carries attached a kind of "leather" to cover the hole of the steering column. I saw a post wiht photographs but the way to arrive to the two srews is where i am stucked now.
