i did check F17 - F21, all fine..
-
Possibly somewhere one or more cables defective

put a testlamp on the poles of FB1
What do you mean by that? Did you check the two poles with pulled fuse against mass? Of course, one of them has to offer 12 volts.
tried some other poles near FB1
Does that mean you have FB3, FB4, FB5 and FB7 in the rear Box checked ? However, test them with the method as described (-> "poles with pulled fuse against mass")
-
Yes, i pulled the fuses out, and did not get any light with test lamp on the fusepoles
-
test lamp on the fusepoles...against mass !
Do it with the place of the F 20 in the Engine Box.
Another Question:
As you can see in the two pictures there are a lot of DTC codes. What are there for additional comments: "DTC available at the time of the request" or "...not available at the time of the request"? -
FB1, and alle other fuses in rear junction box are switched by a relay placed there, too (4BR02). Ask someone to switch ignition, while putting your ear on the relay. Do you hear it "clicking"? Again you can pull this out and check any pin for 12V. There should be at least one pin should have 12V if ignition is off. This pin comes directly from engine fusebox F20 (60A). If you can't measure it on the relay socket, we can continue search in your engine bay

-
F17 - F21 all give light in test
a few of the DTC codes have 'not available at time of.. '
-
You did measure in rear fuse box? Check relay.
-
the big one makes click when pulled in/out with ignition on. the small one does not

Well, thats good. The left one is relay RB1, which is the one in question to give power to all fuses in this section.
So if it "clicks" it seems(!) to work. But you have to mease power to be shure its closer contacts are okay!
When you pull it out with ignition off, one of its (5?) pins should carry +12V. If you find only one, it's pin 3. You can cross-check by pulling Fuse F20 from engine fusebox. -
Near the battery there are some big main fuses, not described in the manuals.
Ich have no wiring plan, but I think there are some of these. -

Du meinst die hier? (Seitlich unter der schwarzen Abdeckung versteckt, F3 bis F5 und F16 bis F21, rot umrahmt) Doch die stehen drin in der BA.

You mean this Fuses here in the Engine Box? (marked red, hidden under the black cover)

Das Ding hat 4 Pole, ist bloß ein einfaches Standard-Schaltrelais -
UPS!!
checked the wrong fuses...
checking these out right away
they are fine..

Ja, diese - stehen also doch in der BA.
Sind also auch alle OK.Denke, ohne Stromlaufplan kommt ACE1 da nicht weiter.
-
The relay RB1, has power on one pin without ignition, and only on the same pin with ignition.
i pulled RB1 halfway out, with ignition, and put the lamp on the opposit pin, but no light?

-
And did you test the RB1 relay outside as stand alone?
-
-
Yes, as i said, its a simple „closer“.
If its not labeled, check for coil using Ohmmeter and give power to it to measure ON-restistance if closer contacts. Maybe you could remove the plastic cover to look inside... -
